Employee Education and Training Course on Telephone Etiquette and Procurement Act

We were scheduled to host two sessions of employee education and training course respectively on Telephone Etiquette and Procurement Act on September 5 and 6 in the auditorium on the 5th floor of this Department Building to expand our colleagues’ relevant knowledge and enhance their skills, as well as improving this Department’s service and business quality. Therefore, Chiang Chi-Jung, Director of the Human Resources Department of Changhua Christian Hospital, Hung Yi-Ning, Section Chief of the Medical Affairs Department of Changhua Christian Hospital, and Chang Chin-Chuan, professional lecturer on procurement law, were invited to give a lecture, which started with the problems faced by business, leading all trainees to step by step understand how they could practically apply relevant knowledge into their daily lives. Hope this would help colleagues advance their skills and competencies to provide people with better services.
