Accounting Office Li, I­ Fan

The accounting processing on-site visit was managed on July 27, 2022 by Tsai, Cheng-Chang, the executive officer of Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan (the one that led the team), Li, Wen-Chih, the researcher of Taiwan Research Institute on Water Resources and Agriculture, and the members of RUICHEN Accounting Firm/Jun Cheng Accounting Firm, the commissioned contractor.  The colleagues of the Accounting Section prepared beforehand the relevant accounting data for them to check accounts; moreover, the executive officer Tsai aimed at the questions raised by the colleagues to offer his opinions regarding substantial solutions to assist the colleagues to solve the problems they met in business.
