Construction Division

1. This department handled the "Babao Erzhen Middle Section of the First Phase of the Left Bank Flood Control Road New Construction Project" on November 1^st .
2. This department handled the "Cai Liu Middle Row Improvement Project" on November 3^rd .
3. This department handle the "Improvement Project of the Middle Row on the Road of the Yuliao Rezoning Zone" cooperated with the Chief Engineer's Office on November 5^th.
4. This department handle the construction inspection of the "Second Transit Xinzhuang Sub-line Improvement Project" cooperated with the COA on November 9^th .
5. This department handled project inspection of the "Tianwei Rezoning District Tianwei Middle Row 8 Improvement Project" on November 11^th .
6. This department handled the engineering supervision of the "Backhouse Drainage Middle Row 1st Grade Improvement Project" cooperated with the Chief Engineer's Office on November 12^th.
7. This department handled the construction inspections of the "Improvement Project of the Middle Row of the Yuliao Rezoning Area" and the "Improvement Project of the Middle Row of the Backcuo Drainage" cooperated with the IA on November 15^th.
8. This department handled the project supervision of the " Shengeng Sanzhen Xiaogui 10-1 Improvement Project" and "Cailiao Zhongpai Improvement Project" cooperated with the Chief Engineer’s Office on November 17^th .
9. This department handled the project inspection of the "Xigou Branch Line (Tianwei Section) Improvement Project" on November 17^th.
10. This department handle the project supervision of the " Maicuozhen Improvement Projects " and " Nanshi Xiaopai 1-5" Improvement Projects " cooperated with the Chief Engineer’s Office on November 23^th.
11. This department handled the project inspection of the "Puweipi main feed 4  Improvement Project" on November 23^th.
12. This department cooperated with the COA to handle the field review of the 110 annual Excellent Agricultural Construction Project Award on November 25^th .
13. This department handle the construction inspections of the "Improvement Projects of the 9th Line, 2nd Sub-line.", and the "Improvement Projects of Shengeng Sanzhen 10-1" cooperated with the COA on November 26^th.

Management Division

1. This department handled the routine annual repairs and renewal and improvement projects of the water conservancy facilities. The water diversion will be stopped on November 22^th. The relevant announcement of the deadline for the rotation irrigation period to the starting date of the announcement will be subject to inspections. Water conditions are automatically allocated for water supply, and ground and groundwater pumps will stop pumping during the water stop announcement period.
2. This department completed the first phase of 111 annual for the "Crop Planting Area" and "Irrigation Water Plan" to fill in online on November 25^th .
3. In response to the annual water cut period to handle the channel maintenance project, the department informs all workstations to handle the channel maintenance project with an annual opening contract in accordance with relevant regulations. The implementation content includes (annual routine dredging, weeds, tree removal, channel maintenance and repair etc.) .

And ask all workstations to complete related work before the end of the water cut period to maintain the irrigation and drainage benefits next year.

4. The Irrigation group of the IACHU accepted applications for farmland water conservancy facilities to be used as other licenses, including 18 bridges, 4 pipelines, 2 buried facilities, and 2 construction pathways.
5. This department handled 110 annual of application subsidies for the promotion of dry farming irrigation and modern management facilities. As of November 28^th , 340 applications have been received and the acceptance area has reached 255.6 hectares.
6. The Water Quality Inspection Center of the IACHU inspected 92 bottles of the water quality sampling and 75 bottles of heavy metals meters in the entire whole management office of the IA in November.
7. The Supervision group of the IACHU held the 110th Annual Water Conservancy Group Joint Meeting in November. The topics of the joint meeting this year are: 1. How to improve the effectiveness of the water conservancy group’s task execution and submit proposals for water conservancy work for discussion. 2. How to assist the management office in implementing irrigation plans to increase irrigation efficiency, maintain irrigation order and mediate water conservancy disputes. 3. Promote how to prevent water conservancy cases from being occupied, indiscriminately cultivated, polluted water quality, etc., and actively report various incidents to various workstations to protect the rights and interests of the IACHU.

In accordance with the meeting schedule for various local groups, the meeting time was divided into seven steps:

November 29^th : Tongyuan, Fenyuan, Changhua, Huatan, First Waterway Station.

December 1^st : Puxin, Xihu, and Puyan.

December 2^nd : Xizhou, Pitou.

December 3^rd : Wanxing, Erlin, Dacheng, Zhutang, Lushsng.

December 6^th : Hemei, Shengang, Lukang.

December 7^th : Xiushui, Anton, Fudong, Fuxing.

December 9^th : Water Center, Ershui, Tianzhong, Shetou, Yuanlin, Dacun, Yongjing, Tianwei.

Finance Division

1. This department announced that the IACHU, the office is located in Fuxing Township, Yongfeng Section 1723-1, the public bidding and sale of land on November 5^th .
2. This department handled the public negotiation of 4 bids and 6 lands, including land number 842-1, Ruming Section, Erlin Town, at 9:30 am on November 30^th .

General Affairs Division

1. This department installed the new roller shutters on the windows of the Tongyuan Station and Human Resources Room.
2. New telephone exchange systems were installed at Hemei Station, Xihu Station and Wanxing Station.

Human Resources Office

1. The staff dynamics of the IACHU in October will be reported to the IA for future reference.
2. This department handled the 110 annual employee business seminar and employee birthday party, and gave out birthday gifts.

Accounting Office

1. This department sent personnel to participate in the "110 Annual Accounting Management System (SBA) Final Account Preparation Seminar for Special Funds of the Management Offices of the Farmland and Water Conservancy Department" in Taichung on November 22^th.
2. This department cooperates with various business units to handle engineering and financial procurement supervision services.

Counseling Office

1. The IACHU’s website safeguards and proclaims: "Report illegally to protect the family and the country, and tolerate the evil consequences of raising traitors.".
2. There were 8 pieces e-propaganda materials such as "Procurement of Office Supplies Floating Quotations and Quantity", and separate letter was sent from the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau.
3. Investigate and handle the case.
4. This department held the 110 annual special lecture on the integrity of the law and discipline.
5. Assist in the receipt and acceptance of tenders for the contracting business of IACHU.
6. Participate in project supervision matters.
7. Project Procurement Business Supervision Office.

Information Management Office

1. Announce the precautions for information security and anti-virus in IACHU.
2. Updates to the version of our mail server.
3. This department procurement log management analysis system-host and database audit management function modules, equipment management authorization.
4. This department completed the procurement of optical fiber backbone line wiring, switch replacement and wifi6 wireless AP integration.
5. This department sent 3 personnel to participate in the online QA of the fifth ArcGIS series digital course "UAV Image Processing Course” organized by the COA on November 8^th.
6. This department sent personnel to participate in the" Freego Testing Software Practice Class" organized by the NCC on November 10^th .
7. This department sent 3 personnel to participate in the online QA of the fifth ArcGIS series digital course "2D Mapping and Visualization" organized by the COA on November 11^th .
8. This department sent personnel to participate in the "Input Method Design Practice Class" organized by the NCC on November 11^th .
9. This department sent 3 personnel to participate in the online QA of the fifth ArcGIS series digital course "Easy Making Network Maps" organized by the COA on November 17^th .

11. This department handled the "110 annual Office Automation System Revision and Upgrade" education training for all colleagues on November 25^th .

13. Cooperating with information security and the suspension of IE browser, the revised version includes rainfall system, flow system, irrigation planning system, electromechanical electricity billing system, and crop yield system.
