Construction Division

1. This department handled the "Fubao Middle Row Disaster Repair Project" on September 7th.
2. This department handled the "Tianyang Central Platoon Improvement Project" on September 10th.
3. This department handled the "Nanshi Xiaopai 1-5 improvement Project" on September 22th.
4. Thsi department handled the "Second Transit Xinzhuang Sub-line Improvement Project" on September 29th.

Management Division

1. In September, the Irrigation group of the IACHU accepted applications for farmland water conservancy facilities to be used as other licenses, including 11 bridges, 4 pipelines, and 1 burried facility.
2. This department handled 110 annual of application subsideies for the promotion of dry farming irrigation and modern management facilities. As of September 26th, 301applications had been received and the accepted area reached 342.5 hectares. 
3. The Water Quality Inspection Center of the IACHU inspected 140 bottles of water quality sampling and 38 bottles of heavy metals meters in the entire whole managemet office of the IA in September.

General Affairs Division

1. This department implemmedted the 110 annual septic tank water and fertilizer cleaning service in September.
2. This department handled the maintenance and renewal of the power cord of the office of the Shetou Workstaion in September.

Finance Division

1. This department send personnel to Yuanlin Land Administraion Office to apply for the division of land number 441 in Fuxing Section, Dacun Township, and deal with post-disposal matters after obatining an unhindered wather conservancy certificate on September 10th.
2. This department send personnel to Hemei Township Office to apply for the use of the district number 654-9 of the Xinxian Section of Hemei Town under its jurisdiction in order to facilitate the handling of subsequent sanctions on September 29th.

Human Resources Office

1. The staff dynamice of IACHU in August will be reported to the IA for future reference.
2. For business needs, adjustment were made to 2 Section heads, 2 Chiefs and 1 staff in September, which took effect respectively on Septemer 1st and 10th.

Accounting and Statistics Office

1. This department cooperates with various businedd units to handle engineering and fiancial procurement supervision servcies.
2. This department sent personnel to participate in the "Farmland Water Conservancy Operation Fund Budeting Education Training" held by the Taoyuan Mangement Office on September 15th.

Counseling Office

1. The IACHU's website safegurads the publicity: " Everyond keeps secrets and spies, the country is safe and harmonious."
2. Carry out the IACHU's information use management audit and security maintence and confidentiality maintenance inspections.
3. There are 8 publicity materials such as the "Small-Value Purchase Rebate Case Publicity", and a separte letter was sent from the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau .
4. Assist in the declaration of the property of pubulic officials of IACHU.
5. Assist the superior unit and inspection agency to read the data for 3 cases.
6. Assist in the receipt and acceptance of tenders for the contracting business of IACHU.
7. Project Procurement Business Supervision Office.

Information Management Office

1. Announce the precautions for information security and anti-virus in IACHU.
2. Our mail server is updated.
3. Export and upload the local firewall and server logs to NAS for storage.
4. This department handles the procurenment and construction of fiber optic backbone line wiring, switch replacement and WIFI6 wireless AP integration.
5. This department send 2 personnel to participate in the "110 annual farmland water conservancy business operation fund budgeting system education training" on September 15th.
6. This department send personnel to participate in the informantion security funciton traning, "Information Security and Health Care" course organized by Department of Information Services of the Executive Yuan on September 16th and 17th.
7. This department held professional drawing software educationg and training in two  echelon on September 16th and 17th.
8. This department send 5 personnel to participate in the "2021 Digital Application Week" event and "Digital Transformation and Information Security Co-operation " forum organized by the CISA on September 28th.
